Our core crew consists of 12 full-time employees on payroll and we subcontract the rest of the work to a closed group of talented craftsmen we have previously worked with. Most of our employees are part of the same family – this allows us to work great together and give you a friendly, comfortable, and efficient working atmosphere.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! The most important qualities for me are clear and open communication, integrity, and of course high quality of work (including subs). Price matters a lot, but I am willing to pay for these things! And Perez gets full marks on all of them.During our 9-month project, we got an update on progress almost every single day, even on those rare occasions when no one was on site. Their use of modern project management tools made it easy to see progress, ask questions, and record any changes. They responded to every one of my fussy, pedantic inquiries within hours, and were always willing to change things (even completed work) to do what was best for the final project. I never felt like was being nickel-and-dimed for small changes, or over-charged for any of the components.And the results! We are so happy with the craftsmanship of this team, from the painstaking tile work to the custom sauna, and every minute detail in between.

We loved working with Perez Construction! The quality of their work is excellent, and their communication and customer service are beyond anything we’ve experienced in trying to find a contractor to work with for our home. They were creative in finding solutions to fit our needs, professional and warm in our interactions, and went above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product. We particularly appreciated getting daily updates and photos, and their prompt responses to any questions or outreach. They also finished the project efficiently and on time, even with additional tasks added during the project. We love the finished product, which better meets our family’s needs and optimized the space. We would highly recommend them to others looking for a great experience working with knowledgeable folks!

Everson and his team did an amazing job on our house extension. Like all the other people who have great reviews, we are very happy clients. If you are looking for a general contractor look no further. We are very glad we chose Perez Construction. Great communication and quality work. Also, has a great personality, very patient, easy to talk to and explained everything that was happening so we knew what was going on. We have dealt with some really bad contractors and this was completely the opposite. We really recommend this team to anyone who needs work done on their home. Also, months after everything was complete, we had an issue with our gate because of the way it was manufactured and because of kids and he sent his team to repair it with no charge. Such great service! Due to a very busy schedule, I normally don't take the time to write reviews unless there was some extreme satisfaction or extreme disappointment. I am taking the time to write this review to support this business and to spread the word of how great they are. I still owe Everson some home made food as a thank you for a job well done!

Perez Construction was the best option for our family's project. They were always willing to work, supportive with the City of SF permissions, and communicative with any suggestions they had. We approached Everson and team for our full home remodel in SF. We had never renovated before so we knew we wanted a really experienced team who could guide us along the way. We were in great hands with Everson’s team at Perez Construction. They were with us every step of the way, and helped us problem solve tough permitting and structural issues in SF. Their workmanship was high quality and they worked with us on every detail, from tiles to trim. The project was on time. Cannot recommend them more!

Everson Perez remodeled a few areas of my house (bathroom, entry & bedroom) last summer. Throughout every step of the process, Everson & his entire crew were friendly, proactive and went the extra mile to make sure everything turned out as I hoped. I am extremely glad we picked Perez Construction to do our home remodel. Nothing but the highest praises!!!!Before deciding on Perez Construction, I received quotes from several businesses. What initially sold me on Perez Construction was my initial conversations with Everson. In our early talks, he quickly demonstrated his degree of reliability, honesty, and knowledge.He understood that this was our first home, and our first remodel. He provided guidance and expertise from beginning to end. In the early phase of discussing the projects and quote, he provided immersed details on the process. He even discussed things to look out for and to be wary of if we decide to go with another contractor; this echoed a prior reviewer's comments. After our face-to-face meeting, I was sold and, we hire Everson and his team.His team was very efficient. Everson helped coordinate all the various projects and teams (electrical, solar panels, roof, sewer lateral, painting, flooring, and remodeling of various rooms). As issues/discoveries arose, Everson would discuss if it was necessary to address/fix them now or address/fix them later. I appreciated this greatly since he did not try to upsell and/or add on more projects unless it was absolutely critical to the completion of the overall project.On a side note, when Everson says "He is a man of his word and will take care of you," this is 100% true. Once the projects were finished, we were overwhelmingly pleased with the finished product.If you have several contractors to choose from, I recommend Perez Construction; you will not be disappointed.
